Der Adrenalinspiegel steigt, das Herz pocht. Eine Strecke die über endlose Wiesen, hintertückische Steinfelder, enge Wälder gesäumt von kleinen Bächen und Felsen, Abhänge am Limit der Schwerkraft. Über 13 km braucht es um die 2000 Höhenmeter zu bewältigen, von den Teilnehmer aus ganz Europa kommend wird alles abverlangt, Ausdauer und Mentale Stärke werden bis aufs äußerste gezehrt. Endlich das Ziel! Eine begeisterte Menschenmenge jubelt am Domplatz, dem Herzstück von Brixen.

Maestose montagne a fare da contorno. Adrenalina che sale, il battito cardiaco che aumenta. Un percorso fatto di immensi prati, insidiose pietraie, angusti boschi costellati di rocce, ruscelli e pendii al limite della gravità. Oltre 13km per 2000 metri di dislivello negativo a mettere alla dura prova i nervi e la resistenza dei riders provenienti da ogni parte d’Europa. Finalmente l’arrivo! Accolti da una folla entusiasta nella caratteristica Piazza Duomo di Bressanone.
One of the longest and most beautiful marathon Downhill races in the world. 300 Riders in line on the telegraph-plateau at 2550m. Majestic peaks surrounding them. Adrenalin is raising. A trail made of endless meadows, awkward stony terrain, tight woods covered with stones, small rivers and slopes at the limit of gravity. Over 13km for the 2000 m of negative difference in altitude are stressing the nerves and endurance of the riders coming from all over Europe. Finally at the arrival! An enthusiastic crowd is cheering on the characteristic Dome square in Bressanone.
